High Five for Friday!

Once again we've come to another Fabulous Friday! It was a busy but great week. I'm linking up with Lauren at From My Grey Desk for High Five for Friday.

Here's my Friday Five!

Wow! This week flew by. I love it when that happens. It's also been a week where I have a HUGE to-do list and when I saw this on Pinterest it rang true for me! I'm really feeling that way today :)

I have needed some new black ballet flats for about a year and a half but I'm so picky that nothing was right... until I found a pair at none other than Payless! You read it right. In fact, I purchased two pairs because it was BOGO! These are my new faves. Cute and comfy!

three.

Bill has been a busy bee in the kitchen this week and it was been wonderful! I don't cook so if he doesn't cook it's cereal or cold sandwiches for us. He grilled some steaks and roasted some potatoes and carrots - yum. So good. He also made a few other meals, vacuumed, and cleaned the kitchen. I often take him for granted and lately I've been so busy that I'm a little on edge in the evenings so I forget to thank him. But, honestly, I don't know what I'd do without him. He's a keeper.

four.

Mad Men on Sunday. Did any of you see it? One of the funniest lines of the season so far. Sally is all dressed up and ready to head to the ball when Roger says, "One day your little girl will spread her legs and fly away." So clever. So Roger. I also loved the last scene in the show. It shows how each person/character experienced something that night that was possibly life changing, almost "dirty."

This is last on this list but it's not the least important! It's Jess' birthday today!! She's finally as old as I am. She loves to tease me the half a year she's younger than me. Bill and I will join her and her husband for dinner at one of our favorite restaurants. What a perfect way to end the week!
